We’ve had another exciting week; wombling, weighing rubbish and we even had Deputy Lindsay De Saumarez visiting to talk ‘rubbish’ with us too! It was fantastic!
Here’s what’s coming next week:-
Numeracy: We will be looking at written methods for division.
Literacy: We will be learning ‘The Canal’ short story to fit in with our theme of stories with issues, problems and dilemmas.
Geography: There will be a ‘Trashion’ Show as part of our Geography topic on Thursday 11th of May. Please could children bring in rubbish to recycle into a ‘desirable’ fashion item.
PE: We will be completing our running timings this week so ALL classes will need suitable PE kits on MONDAY (as well as normal PE lesson times during the week).
Mrs Judd: Mrs Judd will be having her knee operation next week and we are expecting her to be off for around 4-6 weeks. We all wish her the best of luck and a speedy recovery! We will miss her!
Enjoy the Liberation celebrations.
Many Thanks
